ANY HAIR EXTENSIONS SHOULD NOT BE WORN FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS, BECAUSE OF THE REGROWTH WHICH ENABLES THE STRANDS TO GET TANGLED IN EACH OTHER AND CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR OWN HAIR.
Although we still supply the melt in hair extensions we do not recommend it due to the fact that they can not be pulled in the right direction when fitted. The strand needs to be lifted up to be able to roll the bonding which leaves the extension pulling only on the top hair used to attach the extension when it is hanging in the normal direction (breaking the hair one by one out of the clients scalp.)
With the micro ring the extension can be pulled in excactly the right direction when fitted, using all of the hair to support the weight.
MICRO RING SYSTEM(RECOMMENDED)
*The micro ring system is probably the most advanced system available today. It is very easy to use.
*The rings that we recommend is made of aluminum which can not rust or leave any coloring behind when they are removed, they are coated with a very durable coating, one shade darker than the color of the hair being used (we always recommend one shade darker in order for them to be virtually invisible. It has a screw thread in the inside which firmly grips onto the hair to prevent the hair extension from sliding down.
* They can be easily removed by simpley squeezing them in the oppisite direction with the fiting/removing tool which will open them so you can slip them out. There is virtually no damage to your own hair and is by far the safest bonding method.
* A full set of extensions can be removed in plus minus 15-30min with no glue left on the hair.

MICRO RINGS NEEDS TO BE SQUEEZED 3 TIMES, FIRST WITH THE TIP OF THE PLIERS (DON'T LIFT IT UP) THEN IT CAN BE LIFTED UP AND SQUEEZED AGAIN WITH THE INSIDE OF THE PLIERS, THEN TURN THE EXTENSION AROUND AND SQUEEZE AGAIN .
THIS WAY THEY WILL NOT FALL OUT OR HURT.

*This is very much the same as the micro ring system, the design of the link is much different from the micro ring, it is made of a thinner material and is also coated with a very durable coating to match the hair. They are longer in length but smaller in diameter.
*This silinder system works the same way, the design is longer, thicker and harder for extra clamping power, even though they are twice as big as the micro rings they still can not be seen. They are smooth inside and is also coated with a durable coating.

*This is a shrinkable tube available in black and clear, it shrinks as heat is applied with a heating iron, melting the keratin inside and pulling the bond tight with its shrinking action.

KERATIN PROTEIN BOND SYSTEM (GLUE METHOD)
*This is the most common method in hair extensions. The strands are supplied in nail form and are melted onto the clients hair with a heating iron and rolled into a neat round bond. The keratin is a protein which feeds the hair, it is more difficult to remove than the micro rings but is not damaging if they are carefully removed.
*It can take up to four hours to remove a full set, if the clients hair is not to be damage, they are less visible and smaller bondings can be made although the size of the bondings does not make them more visible, but it is critical to keep the color as close as possible, all the different colors of hair comes pre-bonded with the right color keratin.
