Aquacleanse hair is a soft, strong, re-usable hair extension which can be worn ± 2 to 3 months before they can be removed and refitted, which is made easy by using the recommended micro ring system (as seen in the fitting methods). Hair extensions should not be worn for more than three months because of regrowth which enables the strands to get tangled in each other and can cause damage to your own hair.

Aquacleanse also supplies hair extension strands prepared for fusion methods where they are glued on to your own hair by melting the keratin protein glue tip with a heating iron and rolling into a neat bond.

Although we still supply the melt in hair extensions we do not recommend it due to the fact that they can not be pulled in the right direction when fitted.  The strands need to be lifted up to be able to roll the bonding which leaves the extension pulling only on the top hair used to attach the extension when it is hanging in the normal direction. (Breaking the hair one by one out of the client's scalp).

With the micro ring the extension can be pulled in exactly the right direction when fitted, using all of the hair to support the weight.

Our hair does not need to be cut after fitting as the ends thin out which gives a perfect layering, natural effect although the proper way of cutting extensions is with the ultrasonic hot razor.
